About the Job

JOB DESCRIPTION: Small construction and maintenance projects for multiple homes and apartments around Salt Lake County. Responsible for general repairs and rental turnovers. Estimating job/repair cost is involved in the work and you will need to be comfortable with doing this. We are offering $15-25/hr.(based on experience)


Troubleshooting skills in Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. Must have experience in Water Leaks, Turnovers, property inspections, startup and shutdown of swamp coolers and sprinkler systems.

Must have your own tools. A work truck is highly recommended.

Minimum 2 years of experience doing property maintenance, including handyman work, repairs, installations and/or apartment turnovers.

Experience in HVAC,electrical, plumbing, tiling, drywall and carpentry work required.

Able to deal with tenants/customers in a polite and professional manner.

Able to pass a full background check and drug test.

MUST HAVE your own tools and reliable transportation. Some heavy lifting is involved.
