Job Description

Responsible for the day to day production and successful completion of the projects given to them, which include being on time, on budget, and maintaining a high level of quality. Oversee and manage on site crew and/or sub-contractor with an overall understanding of all trades. He or she should exhibit good judgment, problem solving, high ethical standards, good oral and written communication skills, and strong leadership abilities in a fast paced work environment.

Qualifications

Position Requirements :
 10 years’ experience with 5 years' of continuous experience as a Lead Carpenter or Journeyman
Carpenter.
 Must have valid Utah driver’s license and clean driving record
 Must pass background check and drug test
 Comprehensive tool collection with reliable transportation-“A Must”
 Ability to read and have working knowledge of project plans (both formal and informal) along with construction documentation.
 Able to perform take-off material lists, perform layouts, etc.
 Oversee and supervise others work.
 Good time management skills.
 Trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
 Must be in good Physical Condition
 Bags on position
Customer Service
 Rough and finish carpentry
 Rough and finish plumbing
 Rough and finish electrical
 Wood floor installation
 Tile prep and setting
 Drywall hanging and texture
 Minor HVAC and low-voltage installation
 Minor siding and roofing, mostly patching
 Ability to read plans is very helpful
