Sunus Solar is currently looking for an appointment setter/closer to work part-time or full-time in our corporate office in Salt Lake City, UT to help lead, manage and create support functions essential to sales force productivity within the company. This position reports directly to the V.P. of Sales and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are achieved. This position will begin as an entry level role focusing on appointment setting and closing with the opportunity to grow into an outside sales management role. Sales training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
Door to Door
Hiring professional, hire and train commercial and residential prospecting staff
Participate in weekly sales meetings and articulate market feedback
Contribute significantly to Sunus Solar’s award-winning team culture
Manage sales process
Solar appointment setters/closers
Develop new lead channels.
Develop KPI’s that are in tune with overall company goals.
Responsible for working with the marketing department to develop any sales collateral necessary for the sales process.
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Weekly communication with the accounting/finance department.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel within the company.
You are a professional, sales driven individual
1-3 years of sales or marketing related experience
You work well with others and can thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and collaborative work ethic
Motivated to be part of a high-velocity sales organization
Must have reliable transportation
Task orientated and hard worker
Excellent organizational skills
Intrinsically motivated
