Massage Envy is looking for an outgoing, professional and motivated individual to work at the front desk, provide excellent customer service to new and repeat clients and sell their Massage Wellness Program. Schedule will include morning, evening and weekend shifts.
Multiple positions with lots of growth opportunities available.
Duties include:
• Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting members/guests upon arrival.
• Selling our Massage Wellness Program and meeting sales and closing percentage goals.
• Assisting in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
• Assisting in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
• Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

• Hourly wage plus commission and bonuses

Requirements:
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast past environment.
• Must be sales and customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
• Able to work flexible days and hours
The ideal candidate will have:
• Customer service experience combined with sales experience
• The ability to thrive in a busy fast paced self directed environment
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must be motivated to learn, which will require memorization of scripts, policies, procedures, by using workbooks and studying our training manual.
