For information about working at Fidelity, visit FidelityCareers.comYour role will be responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of a prospective or existing client's equity compensation administrative requirements for both participants and plan sponsors, this includes reviewing 10ks and plan documents for single or multi-product requests and successfully demonstrating Fidelity's solutions during the sales or re-bid processes., Performing strategic plan analyses on behalf of clients and prospects to identify potential product/service model issues which may require custom solutions and/or exception management. Owner for internal process steps (EMC, BAC) to find proven solutions to support a prospective and/or existing clients' needs. Ability to develop creative solutions, including understanding the financial and operational impacts of such solutions, within and out of our standard business solutions and models. Performing detailed plan document review for potential new business relationships and 'score' plan based on standard & non-standard product/ service requirements. Providing subject matter expertise on equity compensation/stock plans features during the sales/ re-bid process. Working closely with Account Executives, Managing Directors and Proposal Consultants to define and validate proposed solutions and RFP responses. Participating in the differentiation of Fidelity's image in the equity compensation community through high impact presentations in the marketplace. Monitoring plan developments and industry/competitive trends on a daily basis. Consulting with prospective clients and represent the Fidelity value proposition as part of the broader solution offering. Catalyst for change within the team and business unit with eye for customer need. Providing real time market feedback to product, systems and marketing organizations How Your Work Impacts the Organization Success in this position will be dependent upon outstanding knowledge in the equity compensation and benefits industry, SPS standard product offerings, and key competitors' product offerings. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in selling product solutions to prospects and clients.Bachelor's degree required. (Advanced degree preferred). This position requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a combination of sales, marketing, implementation, and/or operations. Must have C suite client facing experience. The individual should have a thorough knowledge of the equity compensation market and have proven success managing to a budget and delivering business results. Strong ability to work well with various company groups and departments. Proven ability to lead change. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required The Purpose of Your Role You will consult with SPS prospects and clients to position our standard product offering to meet their needs. This role relies heavily upon an individual's knowledge of SPS products, technology, services and processes as well as the ability to think strategically, consult with clients, and collaborate with internal business partners. Ability to apply strategy to high impact messages/themes throughout the sales process; determine strategy and execute on all phases of the deal. You bring Internal influencing skills - organization navigation and perspective, firmly established internal network, knowledge of exception processing and ability to articulate value vs. risk of solutions. Subject matter consultant for AE, MDs and other internal stakeholders. Expert presentation skills at all levels (eg, administrative, peers, executives), verbal and non-verbal, internal and external.
