Are you a positive, sales focused individual with the passion and willingness to be successful? If so, our Retail Success Team in Draper, Utah may have a home for you as an Retailer Success Representative tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and established accounts to help drive sales revenue. You will serve as a dedicated account manager handling both in and outbound calls to support merchants in your assigned territory. Your job is to help merchants understand how Progressive's products and services will help them drive revenue in their stores. The RSR must be able to have fun driving business, executing phone sales strategies and communicate in a timely manner via phone, e-mail and / or webinar trainings. What You'll Do: + Build relationships with merchants over the phone within your assigned territory to facilitate and close sales opportunities + Use your drive, focus and sales attainment experience to exceed your quota goals + Plan, direct and coordinate store related plans and communications as needed + Capture, track and advance merchant data information in our CRM system + Use your strong computer and analytical skills to quickly respond to questions and requests + Follow-up on lead opportunities, providing training and coaching for merchants + Drive consistency in building rapport, maintaining relationships, closing sales and setting goals for merchants while exceeding your own personal goals Minimum Experience & Qualifications: + 1 to 2 years proven sales experience and a track record of being an over-achiever (required) + 1 to 2 years of account management experience (required) + Tech-savvy with an affinity for new technology + Proficient in MS Office products (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) + Proficient with Google apps (G-Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides) + Corporate productivity, web presentation tools and CRM tools experience + Outstanding communication skills both written and oral as well as strong motivational skills + Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, can learn quickly, you have integrity and great follow-through on tasks + Dynamic.
