Salt Lake City and surrounding Territories.
$250,000+ per year potential
Opportunity to join our team selling the most efficient LED systems.
Full 100% ROI to the client is usually achieved in months, and we have a 100% financing option which means no money out of pocket for the client. 99% of the market is available, many territories and markets still available.
We have an immediate opening for an outside sales representative based in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing, promoting, and selling products to the managers of 24-hour operations, and other businesses operating evening or night hours.
You will sell directly to end-users (warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, car dealerships, basically any business), and to the Electrical Supply Houses, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Architects and Lighting Specifiers who serve those end-users.
Many rebates for companies that use our project can pay for up to 60% of the cost of the product, so clients can get 100% financing and cash back at closing.
· We solve the financial headache with conventional lighting and with low efficiency LED lights: Our lights have the highest efficiency in the market currently, with some as high as 170 Lumens per watt with our Intro LED lights and up to 240 Lumens with our LED system.
· 24/7 support for our reps, can have direct access to our C-suite team. We can help close national accounts with conference calls and in-person meetings.

We are seeking a long-term career minded individual looking to become part of a rapidly growing company. This position will lead to a rewarding regional management position.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting qualified leads, cold calling, leveraging your territory and network to generate quote opportunities for CEME LED
Consult with managers of businesses in person to understand pain points and build customized lighting solutions to fit their needs.
Meet with clients (in person and via the phone) to effectively manage the sale, delivery and support of products and solutions.
Attend and participate in end-user industry meetings, business reviews and planning sessions on a regular basis.
Complete all communication and quoting responsibilities on time and submit all written reports as assigned to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of lighting sales preferred AND/OR
2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, real estate, or electrical fields, office equipment
Ability to prioritize and organize duties/tasks, handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to use CRM database such as pipedrive
Must be detail oriented with the ability to complete orders in an accurate and thorough manner.
Ability to identify sales opportunities, make presentations and close the sale..
Negotiation skills and techniques.
Professional and groomed appearance a must.
