WINs Founding Member, Swarts, Manning and Associates, with locations in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Orange Co., CA, is seeking applicants for Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Executive in the Salt Lake City area. This opportunity is designed for individuals that have personal and commercial lines sales experience and are ready to take a serious look at a change to an organization eager to help the person meet their goals and build a solid financial future.
Job Description: Produce new personal and commercial lines business utilizing the Swarts Manning portfolio of companies in order to develop a local Branch Office by performing the following tasks:
:Engage and develop new clientele for both personal and commercial lines throughout the region.
:Provide proper hand off to the Account Executive and assist in anticipating client needs and helping to respond to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
:Make necessary contacts both inside and outside of the organization in order to obtain client requested information and then relay information.
:Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
:Create and present proposals for both personal and commercial lines to prospective clients.
:Communicate clients needs and binding instructions to the Account Executive and/or carriers.
:Implement and maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, certificates, and other relevant documents.
:Assist in managing client accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers.
:Utilize the agency management system in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent account information.
:Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.
:Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience
:Strong Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance sales experience required.
:Holds appropriate P and C license. Professional designations a plus, e.g. CPCU, CIC, ARM etc.

Proven successful sales track record and quality customer relationship development.
:
Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required.
:
Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions in order to determine a clients exposures and needs. Must be detail oriented with effective follow:up skills.
:
Must be highly proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience using customer or contact relationship management software strongly preferred, knowledge of AMS 360 is ideal. Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications.

Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team:oriented self:starter in a high visibility client environment.

Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and strong problem solving skills.
