This at:will part:time position is directly responsible to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow:up and outbound cold calls and emails. The inside sales representative will work with current season ticket members which includes renewals, referrals, add:ons, group and upgrades. This is achieved by providing world:class service, building excellent relationships with accounts, and delivering customized communications, events, programs, and benefits to Real Salt Lake season ticket members. The inside sales representative will also work with the new tickets sales team to build the season ticket member base by making outbound calls to sell full season tickets and also partial mini packs. Inside sales will work with the group sales team to work with prospective groups who want to attend matches at Rio Tinto Stadium.

Sell new full season tickets, partial season tickets, group tickets, and premium seats including season ticket renewals.
Establishes relationships by making outbound phone calls, setting face to face appointments, for current and prospective clients.
Meet or exceed daily outbound call volume as set by the Director of Fan Relations.
Work games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals.
Provides excellent customer service at all times on the phone and in person at Rio Tinto Stadium.
Present self in professional manner, and show ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Actively assists customer service efforts by emailing and mailing invoices, tickets, or promotion materials to current and prospective clients.
Display high level of integrity, positivity, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
Liaise between internal and external departments to ensure all STMs expectations are being met
Work the box office windows and sell daily individual tickets at the ticket windows
Work ticket resolution at the box office during all events at Rio Tinto Stadium
Work all NON RSL events in support of the box office

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer
service/hospitality, loyalty marketing, event management, and/or sales
Exceptional analytical, planning and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player in a fast:paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills required
Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management
Able to work varying schedules
Knowledge of Veritix ticketing platform is an advantage but not a requirement
