Office Manager for a Real Estate Office

Job Description

Ability to multi-task and be flexible with job requirements- Must be personable and polite - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Organized, dependable, and positive- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Knowledge or experience with Real Estate is a plus

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls and messages, managing marketing lists and materials including flyers and signage, basic accounting work, monthly report creation, and other secretarial and clerical duties as necessary.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, some college preferred - Two years of secretarial experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel- Bookkeeping/accounting experience in QuickBooks preferred.

Looking for a part-time Real Estate Office Manager. Must be a hard-working, flexible, detailed individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hours: Monday through Friday
