Mountain River Group is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager who would help with daily responsibilities and will grow with this new expanding company. The ideal candidate will have two years of related work experience. The ability to understand key concepts and be efficient is important in this fast paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team is critical.

Responsibilities:
Track various Company Projects
Market Research for Prospective Projects
Following up with project contacts to ensure completion
Creating Spreadsheets
Fielding emails
Scheduling and maintaining appointments
Organizing meetings
Attending meetings
Taking notes
Filing System Management
Document Filing

Not Required Looking for:
Knowledge of InDesign
Experience working in
Construction/architectural/engineering industries
