Serving plated or buffet dinners at events, weddings, parties, etc.

Must have food handlers permit, dress code varies, either black slacks with black shoes and white button up shirt or button up black shirt. Ling hair must be pulled up, no bright nail polish if applicable, no extensive jewelry (i.e. gauges, lip rings, bracelets, or rings) Tattoos must be able to be covered up. May be required to lift tray with up to 8 full plates onto shoulder with ease

Help set up tables and place-mats before events.

Serve plated dinners to customers.

Knowledge of serving etiquette, banquet operations and technique.

Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.

Stores foods in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.

Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.

Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.

Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.

Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor.

Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.

Performs other duties as assigned such as grill cook, dishwasher, etc.

Training available for new servers with no experience for \"Free\"


Black pants (no jeans) white or black collar shirt. Slip resistant black shoes or black covers. No colored or dyed hair. No acrylic nails or artificial nails or designs. Must be neat, clean, and presentable. Must have a positive attitude.


Previous food service experience and must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening
