Seasonal Print Shop & Inventory Coordinator
AM and PM Shift
AM- 7/8 to 3:30/4:30
PM-4:30 pm to 12:00
Start 8/14/2015
Rate $11.75
The Seasonal Print Shop Inventory Coordinator will report to the Print Shop Supervisor and will be a critical member of the Mrs. Fields Gifts team. Duties will include maintaining accurate count of inventory during the holiday season thru communication with the Production, Sales and Warehouse departments.
Responsibilities and objectives:
• Assures printed jobs have work orders attached and are properly staged.
• Communicates daily schedule to Production
• Checks inventory for ‘Everyday’ and ‘Corporate’ sentiments and communicates necessary printing amounts to lead printer.
• Checks NHL, NBA and MLB inventory weekly
• Organizes printed jobs daily and transfer printed tins to Kanban location
• Controls quality of prints: dents, spelling, fingerprints, etc.
• Works closely with Production to ensure tin sizes, quantities and labels are correct
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Basic computer skills, Microsoft office Excel, Word, certified forklift operator
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah

FLSA Status:
• Non-Exempt

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 75% of the time or more.
