Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive brand, is currently looking for a DMS Pre-Install Specialist for the Documents & Financials Team with a general understanding of accounting, but specializing in documentss and financials setups for new dealerships on our system to join our team in South Jordan, UT.

The Job:

The Pre-Install Specialist for the Documents & Financials team works with internal and external clients to build documents and route factory financials for new dealerships coming on to the Dealertrack DMS.


* Assists with setting up and cleaning the chart of accounts for new dealerships

* Builds documents that demonstrate the correct profit/loss totals for the dealership

* Routes manufacturer specific factory financials and matches them to the financials on the dealerships prior system.

* Matches the documents on our system to the financials on our system to ensure consistent reporting.

* Perform other duties as required

* Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What We Look For:

* General accounting knowledge

* A good understanding of the chart of accounts

* General knowledge of internal processes at car dealerships

* Good computer skills including typing at a minimum speed of 50wpm

* General data entry experience

* Good communication skills

* Time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
