Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day to day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
Follow rules and regulations of SMG Food & Beverage.
Provide great customer service.
Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
Stores foods in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor.
Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
Performs other duties as assigned such as grill cook, dishwasher, etc.
Black pants (no jeans) white or black collar shirt. Slip resistant black shoes or black covers. No colored or dyed hair. No acrylic nails or artificial nails or designs. Must be neat, clean, and presentable. Must have a positive attitude.
