Job Description
Tired of the grind at large call centers? Come join our small, friendly office! We are a background screening company that processes background checks for individuals applying for jobs or rental units. As part of this process, we sort through criminal records and credit results. We are a small company (less than 15 employees) and are generally very busy! We are open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. This position is not a temporary/seasonal position. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Full Benefits included.
Responsibilities
Our work is fast paced, and detail oriented. A successful applicant will be able to multi-task well, communicate with customers of varying backgrounds, and follow very specific guidelines and procedures. The Customer Service position includes both inbound and outbound phone calls, analyzing credit reports and processing criminal records. Accuracy under pressure is a must. Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required. Attention to detail is a must. Cheerful disposition and professional phone skills are valuable. Pay starts at $13/hr with full benefits.
Qualifications
Type 50+ WPM. • Comfortable with online navigation • Comfortable with phone work • Experience with MS Office • Must have a clean record. We will process a background check on you as a condition of your employment.
