Job Description
Western Nut is seeking a positive individual who will provide superior customer service to our diverse customer base. We want every customer experience to be distinctly personal.

Responsibilities
Greet Customers. Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquires. Provide customers with product and service information via telephone, email and face to face. Understanding ordering, shipping and billing requests of customer, management and vendors. Ability to work with little supervision. Act as a resource for others. Coordinate other's activities. Social media coordination. Required to work in multiple functions and manners.

Qualifications
Proficient navigating a Windows environment. Experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and work with other company software. Previous customer service experience.. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to multi-task. Positive, dynamic personality. Neat appearance. Active listening with proficient verbal and written communication. Problem solving. Strong empathy skills. Team player. Attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Negotiation skills
