Client Support Specialist

RCM Client Services Associate Job Description : Basic Summary: The RCM Client Services Associate serves as first point of contact for AdvancedRCM Clients to address questions about the AdvancedMD Software or the billing services we provide. They are responsible for answering user inquiries via phone and email and resolving client software and billing concerns. The expert support you provide can make our products stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.
Essential Job Functions
:Answer user inquiries via phone and email regarding software operations and medical billing questions to resolve problems
:Troubleshoot and research problems through reading Knowledge Base Articles, reading Technical Manuals, conferring with other Technical Support Representatives (TSRs), Team Leaders or Supervisors
:Follow:up in a timely manner with status updates to clients
:Maintain records daily of each customer case in communication tracking software
:Contribute to Knowledge Base Articles for sharing with other TSRs
:Ability to communicate, write clearly and document problems/issues to co:workers and clients
:Perform other duties as needed and directed by Supervisor or Team Lead
Hiring for the 9:30am : 6pm shift Monday : Friday. (Preference for applicants flexible to work any shift 6a:6p)
Qualifications / Requirements
:Minimum of one year of work experience in a customer service, IT, medical office environment, or support desk role
:High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence
:Ability to listen to and understand client issues and respond appropriately
:Personal track record of being thorough, courteous and responsive in customer service
:Ability to analyze information and use logic to address client issues and problems
:Ability to calmly manage difficult or emotional customer situations and de:escalate as needed
:Eagerness to quickly achieve a high level of understanding of the software and configuration options, as well as our billing practices, and communicate the value of these features to clients
:Ability to teach or educate others on how to work within the software or RCM processes
:Ability to work quickly and independently as part of a team
:Professional in appearance and attitude
