Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Division: Channel Sales
Department: Sales/Business Development
Reports to: VP of Business Development
The Channel Sales Manager is fully trained on the products of clients served by GeBBs Healthcare Solutions. Channel Sales Managers will cold call into organizations (Medical Billing Companies, HIT Vendors, and RCM companies) to identify key decision makers, deliver client specific messages to those decision makers, and set up meetings and appointments. Every Channel Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and profit margin with a telephonic outbound sales role. With supervision, the successful Channel Sales Manager will manage the activity of sales pipelines and adhere to the sales driven goals, expectations while having a willingness to be measured against sales metrics set by GeBBS Healthcare Solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
:Responsible for achieving and maintaining department/team goals (quotas), objectives and priorities as established by the executives.
:Prospect, develop and enhance new client relationships via inbound and outbound calls
:Perform at or above productivity goals for assigned program, while at 80 utilization
:Communicate client development and nurturing programs with quality and high integrity
:Identify: survey and research the potential buyer community: identify high potential buyers procedures
:Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
:Perform other research and data acquisition duties as assigned
:Ongoing communication and nurturing of the potential buyer community
:Additional projects and assignments as needed
:Minimum of three years professional experience in a sales environment that mission to communicate and identify high potential buyers
:Assertive personality; ability to make cold calls to gather information or relay information over the phone
:Relationship building skills; ability to establish professional rapport with decision makers
:Consistently manage company expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality, and solicit and act on feedback
:Excellent oral and written communication skills
:Self:motivated to learn: Is creative: motivated to generate desired results
:Prospecting skills and marketing concepts experience with a proven motivation for telephone
:Must work well in a team environment and maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field is desired but not required
:Experience using multiple systems and programs (ex. Salesforce)
:Superior attention to detail and creative problem solving ability
:Tenured contact center phone sales experience is a plus
