Alpha Warranty is looking for a Level 1 Automotive Claims Adjuster for our Claims Call Center. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from automotive repair facilities regarding repairs necessary for a customers vehicle. Claims Adjusters will open the claim using our internal system, review contracts, and determine coverage. If the repair is not listed for coverage the Claims Adjuster must communicate this information to the repair facility clearly. If the repair is listed for coverage the Claims Adjuster will authorize payment for the repair. Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary. It will be necessary to work with a senior adjuster for high:dollar or complex repair claims. This position requires accurate data:entry within our data management programs, as well as communicating clearly with repair facilities. Responsibilities also include email correspondence and placing outbound phone calls as necessary with our parts vendors and repair shops. We are a company with room for advancement for the right individual with the right attitude. The position will require someone with strong data:entry experience, phone communication skills, and attention to detail. We will train the right candidate about basic automotive parts to understand industry lingo if needed. Working hours are an assigned 8:hour shift between 7 AM and 6 PM Monday : Friday.
