West Jordan, Utah manufacturing facility.

The Flow (Warehouse) SAP Administrator is an essential function in the warehouse areas of the manufacturing plant in either the dry materials warehouse or in a refrigerated warehouse transporting the finished palletized yogurt. This fast paced environment requires successful employees to be engaging, be able to multi task, and actively want to develop and grow. In this position you will wear a provided uniform that includes, steel toed shoes, safety eyewear, ear plugs and a hairnet. Key objectives will include:
:Build and maintain daily deployment schedule including backfilling loads working in SAP/TekDan/PIMS/Dati/Lean
:Manage appointment times in Lean for inbound and outbound loads
:Daily communication with Deployment and Transportation teams
:Contribute on SQCDMN daily/weekly/monthly/yearly goals and objectives through individual and team efforts
Additional responsibilities include:
:Create and release waves of ASRS picking to ensure loads are ready for carrier appointment
:Manage priority loads as assigned by deployment team with carrier inbound appointments through effective communication between transportation, deployment and customer service teams
:Maintain quality of receipt, BOL, ship and inventory transactions.
:Manage disposition of destroy product both systematically and physically
:Work with Zero Waste team on markdown orders
:Organize and file BOLs, and all appropriate paperwork
:Manage employee product giveaway process
:High school or GED completion required. College degree preferred.
:Detail:oriented, accurate, organized, innovative, and possess ability to multi:task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control, focus and professionalism in a fast:paced and dynamic environment
:Strong self:management skills and be comfortable working with minimal supervision
:Strong written and verbal communication skills
:Prior SAP experience preferred
:Knowledge of certain functions within WMS (Tekdan/Tekterm), WCS (Atronix), SAP
:Knowledge of WMS systems
:Excellent interpersonal skills
:Ability to work in a team environment
:Ability to learn and utilize the following programs: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, SAP
