Job Description:/h3:

As a member of the Senior Staff, the Engineering and Development Operations Manager has fiduciary responsibility for overseeing all initiatives and technical project management aspects of multiple departments. They are responsible for the effective leadership, management, and results of Software Development and Product Development functions. The primary performance measurement is the release of planned quality solutions on time and within budget, the evolution of the ClientTrack Tool Suite Platform, and the maintenance and sustainability of existing solutions. The Engineering and Dev Ops Manager is also chartered with the company Information Technologies (IT) support.

Core Responsibilities and Functions
o Manage the day to day schedules of the engineering team including setting priorities when conflicts arise
o Manage the migration process from older systems that customers have to clienttrack
o Provide internal and external technology infrastructures and security to operate successfully as a cloud SaaS and ASP business
o Provide leadership, planning, management, direction, and coaching to resources during the implementation of assigned initiatives and charters
o Manage and ensure the quality of the build
o Instill a cultural sense of urgency and time management, while supporting an environment that serves as a fun place to further ones career
o Ensure risks are managed appropriately
o Create systems to make the overall engineering processes more automated
o Manage and automate the software build process
o Setup and manage TFS
o Manage QA process
o Manage internal IT group
o Enforce standards
o Create and manage certification training schedules

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

o Microsoft technology stack (.Net/c, SQL Server, Windows, IIS)
o TFS
o Automated
build/test/deployment
o IT related skills/experience
o Project Management experience
o Migration experience (tools and processes)
o Ability to lead teams of knowledge workers and technical professionals
o Set a high bar for performance
o Full awareness of client issues and use cases as they impact overall solution needs
o Ability to quickly problem solve and provide guidance and mentoring
o Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent interpersonal skills
o Extensive knowledge of Health Human Service and Public markets/sectors
o Knowledge of the ClientTrack Enterprise Data Management Tools and Platform
o Comprehensive understanding of relational data models and data analysis
o Conscious attitudes, unconditional responsibility, essential integrity, ontological humility
o Conscious behaviors, authentic communication, constructive negotiation, impeccable coordination
o Conscious responses with emotional mastery

Education and Experience

o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Business Information Systems from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
o MBA or Masters is a plus
o 8+ years of technical processes experience, preferably serving a SaaS cloud client base
o Experience working with Health/Human Services and the Public Sector preferable
o Project Management capabilities
o Experience in leadership and management of technical resources
o Demonstrable ability to manage upward and interchange, communicate with clients and executives
