Job Description:/h3:
Summary and shy; and shy;
Responsible for the effective delivery, results, of Contract Solution Implementations, and Professional Services. Manages solution delivery teams comprised of project managers, business analysts, implementation engineers in the fulfillment of solution contracts. Plans and forecasts monthly revenue and ensures productivity to achieve gross margin goals. Manages and allocates on demand resources of quality assurance, report writing and training. Plans future capacity needs. Prepares quarterly rolling 12 forecast and budget. Works collaboratively with company departments to facilitate company goals and objectives. Member of the Senior Staff.

Core Responsibilities and Functions
Lead the solution delivery teams and professional service teams to deliver contracted solutions and professional services.
Implement solutions proposed to meet the clients objectives as outlined in their respective contracts and scopes, statements of work
Achieve revenues, controlling costs, and manpower requirements of the Professional Services Solutions Delivery function, while meeting Company objectives described as Client Delight
Develop, lead, manage and train staff to fulfill their responsibilities
Plan, forecast, ensure contract project plans are detailed and accurate
Interact with clients and exceed clients expectations : Client Delight.
Assist Marketing / Sales in proposing solutions
Work with all executive and senior staff to achieve and exceed service revenues
Develop, Improve the value:added methods, systems, processes, tools to affect planned outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lead a team of technical professionals.
Ability to sort through situations and prioritize Work In Process and Backlog.
Ability to quickly problem solve managerial situations.
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the ClientTrack Enterprise Data Management Tools and Platform.
Extensive knowledge of Government Marketplace, Health, Human Service markets/sectors.
Knowledge of the Social Determinates of Health.
Strong self:sufficiency and initiative when working with clients.
Comprehensive understanding of relational data models and data analysis.
Full awareness of business issues as they impact overall solution needs.
Must be able to deal with growth.

Education and Experience

o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Business Information Systems from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
o MBA or Masters is a plus
o 8+ years of technical processes experience, preferably serving a SaaS cloud client base
o Experience working with Health/Human Services and the Public Sector preferable
o Project Management capabilities
o Experience in leadership and management of technical resources
o Demonstrable ability to manage upward and interchange, communicate with clients and executives
