Job Description
Our financial services firm is seeking a professional, positive, outgoing individual who will provide superior customer support to our clients and various levels of management.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities include:

- Providing outstanding customer relations (telephone, in-person, reception area, etc.)
- Filing and maintain confidential paperwork
- Maintaining office equipment
- Maintaining and organizing office equipment
- Other duties – including errands (mail and bank runs, etc.)
- Data entry
- Additional office duties and support as requested by the office manager and firm partners

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and multi-task
- Excellent phone, communication, and grammar skills
- Professional in all manners of conduct
- Accurate typing – at least 60/WPM
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to change
- Experience with QuickBooks and working in a professional office environment, a plus
References and background check (including drug use) is required.
