We are looking for someone to work 20-30 Hours a week at our office, With possibility of adding more hours if wanted. We are located in Taylorsville at about 5600 S & Redwood Rd. Hours are adjustable to help work with their schedule. (About 4-5 hours a day 5 days a week - or even 4 days a week (4-6 hours a day. Monday - Friday) Pay is $10/Hr + Commission. & possibility of pay increase.

You will be processing files, kind of like a loan officer processor or a real estate agent assistant, but processing files for people who are owed money. We find money that is owed to people, that they forgot about or don’t know about. Usually $1k - $20K+, then track down the the people and work with them to get them their money back. You also may be helping on real estate deals processing, and even learning how to do them and JV with us on them.

Skills needed:

- We need someone who likes to help others & good on the phone
- good at a computer and willing to learn new programs
- Knowledge of Google Docs
- Scanning files, working with pdf files, e-mailing, creating pdf’s
- Good people skills, (good on the phone and with talking with people)
- Must be totally awesome, and love to work with people!!

Tasks they will be doing:

- Working with the county recorder
- Getting paperwork to clients and following them from the time we find them till we get them a check
- Coordinating with the finders, owners, trustees, govt. entities, etc, holding the money.
- Coordinating between the finders, the clients & the trustees.
