PART TIME INVENTORY CLERK/ RECEPTIONIST Basic Summary: Duties include back-up coverage for reception, delivering mail, taking inventory of break-rooms and office supply cabinets, working with front desk assistant to order supplies, stocking supplies in designated locations throughout the facility, and special projects Essential Job Responsibilities: Provide back-up coverage for front desk Receptionist Distribute mail to employees Post conference room schedules Perform general inventory of office supplies and breakroom supplies Order supplies Check inventory ordered against delivered inventory; record discrepancies Stock office and break-room supplies; place items in cabinets Replace and maintain soda syrup and CO2 tanks Other duties as assigned. Administration of Kudos Awards program for all employees.
