Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator/ Receptionist to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Previous experience in construction or construction trades offices/support is required.
Responsibilities:
:Draft correspondences and other formal documents. Takes minutes o project meetings.
:Plan and schedule appointments and events
:Greet and assist onsite guests, vendors, etc.
:Answer inbound telephone calls. Take and deliver messages
:Develop and implement organized filing systems
:Operate office equipment such as copier, scanner, and fax machines
:Maintains cleanliness of office and organization of work site office
:Coordinates with IT vendor for support to office
:Set up for meetings including audio/visual and catering
:Perform all other office tasks such as tracking and logging documents
:Notary as needed
:Answer questions about onsite services and functions
:Maintains an inventory of supplies. Will receive and order supplies
:Administrative duties for CFO/COO as needed
:Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
:Previous experience in office administration
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Strong attention to detail, able to meet deadlines
: x200B;Strong organizational skills. Must be able to multi task
:Knowledge of software applications such as Excel, MS Office, spreadsheet and data base management
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Customer service telephone experience
:Adaptability and versatility
:Experience with record keeping requirement
:Team player, positive attitude, willingness to help on project needs tat arise unexpectedly
:Able to work independently , initiative, good judgement, discretion in keeping work confidential as necessary
:High school diploma or administrative assistant certificate or degree in business management
:Must have three (3) years
clerical/administrative experience in a professional environment

Local development company /construction company is busy with projects in local market. Currently expanding staff to include this position as Office Coordinator.
