Job Description $16.00/hr. A locally owned and operated company with over 40 years of service in Utah is seeking an Office Assistant to assist with managing all functions of the front office. The Office Assistant will be overseeing a variety of tasks and reporting to the Office Manager. Responsibilities of the Office Assistant: · Answering phones and directing calls · Maintaining voicemails, updating holiday greetings, and directories · Receive and file faxes as necessary · Check company main emails regularly and file and/or distribute as required · Responsible for checking and responding to office emails · Receiving and processing all incoming and outgoing mail · Coordinating company meeting and events, including catering · Arranging travel schedules and reservations for staff · Managing company meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, etc. · Ordering and stocking office supplies · Monitoring all office machines and arrange for repair and maintenance · Assist with AP/AR responsibilities · Other duties as assigned Requirements of the Front Office Assistant: · Associates degree or equivalent · 2+ years receptionist experience · Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to type 40+wpm · Accurately enter data into company database · Professional appearance and demeanor · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Certificate of Notary Public is a plus · Great organization and time management skills Great benefit package!
