Job Description
Kimball Junction Executive Assistant/ Office Manager:
Looking for an energetic, positive team player who is able to assist in a variety of aspects of a small and growing business. Initially, this person will be focused on the day to day management of the administrative functions for the office. There is potential to expand the role and responsibilities.

Target hours are 8am – 3pm but we can be flexible for the right candidate. Range is between 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Covering phones
• Preparing expense reports
• Arranging travel
• Updating contact information in appropriate systems
• Preparing presentation materials
• Assist with the compliance documentation
• Maintain office supplies, anticipating needed supplies, place orders and verify invoices
• Vendor management
• Contributes to team effort by assisting as needed
• Prioritization skills are essential


Qualifications and Requirements:

• BS or BA required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
