Job Description
A-Core is seeking a reliable and hardworking Contract Administrator with a passion to work for a first-rate company. • Responsible for job setup, changes orders, pay requests when needed, contract reviews and questions for all departments in UT, AZ, NM and TX. Review and negotiate changes to all contracts. Compile all documentation necessary for each contract, i.e. Contract Addendum's, Licenses, EEO Policies/Complaint Procedures, W-9 Forms, and Certificates of Insurance, Bond requests, OSHA/Safety Forms, and any other documentation requested by Contractors.
• Upon request by contractors send Licenses, Certificates of Insurance, W-9’s, Safety Info, EEO Info etc.
• Responsible for all lower-tier subcontractor contract packets, pay requests, certified payrolls, insurance info, EEO and safety information etc. Assist with payment of subcontractors.
• Work with salesmen to submit bids into UDOT and WYDOT Electronic Bidding Systems
• Maintain contract checklists/spreadsheets to track the status of each contract.
• Maintain the Job Master Spreadsheet and job setup in Computer Ease and DSM including certified wage setup etc.
• Assist with lien waivers and collections
• Enter/maintain all change orders in Computer Ease
• Complete Monthly and yearly ARRA and EEO PR 1391 reports on LCP Tracker, PDBS, and hardcopies for states not online (might give to Megan)
• Complete enrollments for OCIP and CCIP Projects, this included monthly payroll reports, closeout reports upon project completion, and yearly audits.
• Complete Quarterly “Jobs on Hand” reports.
• Complete New Vendor/Pre qualification forms for contractors we intend to work for and yearly renewals, this includes submitting certificates of insurance, W-9’s, copies of licenses, Safety / EEO info they require, bonding info, past and current project info.
• Assist in completing safety forms for projects, contractors, online compliance networks, etc.
• Assist EEO Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-4 years of contract work preferred
• Ability to review and understand fundamental terms of a contract and other contracts-related documents
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving situations.
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize a variety of assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in the construction industry a plus
