:Perform scheduled and routine clerical duties according to procedures.
:Interface with other departments to insure data is processed and coded properly.
:The primary function is to interface with Fleet peers and field users to maintain vehicle status, mileage, parking locations, client/driver information, vehicle specifications and registration/titles for Fleet vehicles, equipment and tools.
:Assist with shuttling company vehicles and running company related errands.
:This position also acts as a backup to receive and process calls from internal users and Fleet peers to create, code and/or close fleet repair orders in the ARI Fleet System.
:Includes coordination of service calls with vendors and CenturyLink drivers or managers.
:Serve as point of contact for customers, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
:Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets and email.
:Oversee vehicle accident claims processing. Interface with local, State and Federal agencies to ensure compliance with licensing and emission laws.
:General administrative duties; e.g. phone answering, filing, mailing distribution and processing, and office supplies ordering.
:Coordinate, distribute and monitor the Fleet maintenance program with vendors and contractors.
:Process paperwork for placing new vehicles into service and coordinating actions related to the retirement of old vehicles.
:Maintenance of vehicle historical records.
:High School Diploma
:Valid Driver's License
:Strong customer service skills
:Superior communication skills both oral and written
:Responsive and able to work in high:pressure situations
:Good PC skills and knowledge of internal system (Excel, Outlook, ARI Fleet Maintenance)
:Good decision:making ability
:Strong planning and organizational skills
:Knowledge of various processes throughout service area
:Ability to multi:task and effectively manage multiple projects
:Knowledge of basic accounting practices
:2+ years Excel spreadsheet experience
:1+ years experience with a fleet department
:Previous experience with local, State and Federal agencies
