Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinates the daily operations of the office
- Coordinates meetings and appointments.
- Acts as a liaison between the department and other offices.
- Prepares special reports as needed.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes/task lists
- Project manager
- Other duties as assigned
- Punctual and dependable
- Excellent computer skills are essential, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent communications skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Problem solver, must be flexible in various situations.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Public speaking experience a plus.
