Job responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates the daily operations of the office
  • Coordinates meetings and appointments.
  • Acts as a liaison between the department and other offices.
  • Prepares special reports as needed.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes/task lists
  • Project manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Punctual and dependable
  • Excellent computer skills are essential, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Excellent communications skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Problem solver, must be flexible in various situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Public speaking experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
