Job Summary

The OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center in Bountiful Utah is looking to immediately fill a position for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist . Full time Position. Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. Work in a great, compassionate and friendly environment. Position pays between $13.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on experience. Health Insurance, Vacations and Holiday benefits available.Requirements:

  • Confident/Hard Worker
  • Consistent
  • Typing 45+ words a minute
  • Proficient in using computer and internet
  • Multi-tasker (this is a must)
  • Find needs and fill them in the office.
  • Good memory, be able to coordinate tasks
  • Follow Tasks

Job Description:

  • Assisting the CEO/Director to complete tasks in the office.
  • Working with Insurance companies to get benefits for clients Credentialing Therapists with Insurance Panels.
  • Calling Clients to collect outstanding balances.
  • Sit at the front receptionist desk
  • Collect Copayments.
  • Answer office phone and manage all calls and text messages
  • Complete office tasks such as filing, copying client paperwork and copying clients insurance cards.
  • Help with other needs of the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour

Required experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year
