Our Coaching Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our innovative, hard working and inspirational team.

YOU MUST live within 30 minutes of Salt Lake City. If you live more than 30 minutes away, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
Immediate start. 20:40 hours a week. (Flexible). Long:term applicants only please. (Minimum 2 years).

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1 year executive level administrative experience preferred.
* Entrepreneurial: Able to organize time and priorities.
* Excels at working in a fast:paced, high:demand environment : able to stay organized in an environment where there is always more than you can do in one day.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Flexible: no task too high or too low. Creative, whatever:it:takes attitude to take projects to completion. Able to change course mid:way through a project if needed.
* Strong computer skills: proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Efficient with internet research.
* Tech:savvy: able to do everything from working through a Mac computer problem with tech support to updating CEOs iPod, organizing online photos, fixing sync problems with company Calendar, etc.
* Good driver with clean record. Will occasionally take and pick up clients from airport.
* Excellent, professional, oral and written communication skills. Extremely organized. Great team player with rest of staff (not competitive). Great with client relations.
* Must have clean, professional presentation for attending occasional business events, (but also be comfortable in a very casual office environment).
* Committed to high performance without drama. Loves to make the impossible happen
* Must have some understanding of Information Marketing, Personal Development or Training world.

JOB DUTIES (These include but are not limited to the following):
* Manage Executive Calendar. Need to be meticulous
* Answer Phones.
* Coordinate company communications and special projects.
* Respond to customer emails.
* Learn the basics of our CRM software system, Infusionsoft, and use the tools there. eg: email campaigns, order entry, saved searches etc.
* Manage coaching client recordings and assignments daily (email and upload to Infusion).
* Manage CEOs national speaking engagements from top to bottom including communication with host, forms in quantity, packing supplies, managing online promotions and promotional agreements, and more.
* Handle client service issues and help clients decide which products and programs are right for them.
* Handle product returns.
* Pick up, sort and process mail and other paperwork.
* Manage paper and electronic filing systems.
* Plan corporate travel.
* Pick up office supplies
