Maintain the Data Integrity in the Kroger Customer Relations Center check collection Database, identify fraudulent check activity and report on check acceptance policy violations. Customer contact for issues related to payment Compliance within the Kroger organization. Essential Job Functions:
:Address Customer inquiries that come to Kroger through the toll:free number, or e:mails received from Divisions, other Departments or vendors.
:Protects Customer information in accordance with state and federal laws (privacy and payment laws : PCI) and Corporation standards.
:Balance daily check:entry batches and correct vendor keying errors.
:Process Customer affidavits of forgery and update the collection Database.
:Review each returned check for policy acceptance violations and issue written policy violation notices.
:Collaborate with law enforcement by gathering case:specific evidence.
:Conduct all tasks with accuracy and in a Customer first manner consistent with Corporate policies.
:Professionally resolve and manage difficult Customer situations.
:Maintain and sustain established Department metrics.
:Issue relevant reports on check payment write:off and preventable loss.
:Serve as a liaison between The Kroger Co. and the Internal and External Customer.
:Problem:solve with a goal of first contact reSolution.
:Input accurate Customer Data into the check collection Database.
:Frequent contact with Divisions and Stores regarding payment policy Process violations and Business Procedures.
:Keep Manager and Lead updated on consumer concerns and trends in Product complaints.
:Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
:Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to Customers.
:Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/Projects.
:Ability to work independently.
:Strong attention to detail.
:Ability to Maintain composure during stressful situations.
:Ability to Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Desired Previous Job Experience:/h2:
