Accounting/Executive Assistant Wanted: Full time position needed in multi-business office in the Heber Valley. Performs accounting duties including A/P processing and provides administrative support to the directors of operations and general secretarial support to other staff members. Handles work of a confidential nature.

Must have at least 2 years of accounting experience and at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite. Performs accounting duties including Accounts Payable processing and check printing, maintaining and organizing A/P historical records, reconciling vendor statements, annual 1099 processing and other miscellaneous accounting related tasks.

Under limited supervision, provides administrative and secretarial support and office management to the Operations Directors. Maintains and continuously improves the management of all office records, filing systems, working materials and daily incoming and outgoing work. Work involves calendaring, corporate file structures, insurance, incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining schedules and reports.

Tracks, collects, prepares and reports data for monthly Board Meetings and annual assessment report. Schedules meetings and appointments for Operations Directors. Operates in a positive, pro-active, productive and team-oriented manner. Communicates clearly and accurately in writing and orally. Processes documents which include office requisitions, cash receipts, and supply orders, inventories, personnel and employment records, monthly and annual expense and budget reconciliations.

Maintains files, performs research and analysis functions. Manages general secretarial affairs of the office working with confidential information, analyzing and implementing new procedures and office systems, coordinating interoffice and interdepartmental communications.
Performs clerical functions to compile, write, and edit quality-finished documents, compose business correspondence, reports, etc. using proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Professional Suite. Manages general affairs of office which may include initiating work orders for building maintenance, custodial requests, telephone maintenance of computer office equipment, etc.

Other duties as assigned.


Two (2) years of closely related post-high school education.
Two (2) years of full time accounting experience.
Two (2) years of direct full time administrative assistant/secretarial work experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
