Job Description
Full-time opening for an accountant/bookkeeper position. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in accounting and bookkeeping. They will also be self-motivated, a strong communicator, and highly organized. Must be able to multi-task and interact with clients on a daily basis in a cheerful and professional manner. Pay is $14-18 depending on experience.

Basic office responsibilities include managing office finances and client accounts through Quickbooks. This employee will be in charge of creating invoices for clients, creating automatic payment plans through Quickbooks, making sure that clients are up to date on their payments, and sending notices to clients who are not current with their payments. Must have experience reconciling credit card and bank statements with QuickBooks.

Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent 2 years experience working with Quickbooks online. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of collecting on a/r.
Proficiency with Gmail and Google Drive is also required.
