iDeals is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our US inbound sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for qualified prospective customers who reach out to us. Our ideal candidate is someone with proven experience managing leads, working directly with prospective customers during the early stage of the sales cycle, and a strong drive to win business in highly competitive environment. Target clients will be a mixture of small/mid-sized businesses and large corporations from different industries and regions.

Responsibilities
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to sale and ongoing account management, with support from the customer success and R&D teams
• Perform online demos of the platform and ensure that clients have successful free trial periods
• Successfully communicate our platform’s advantages over competing solutions
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to generate new business and referrals
• Close new business consistently at (or above) target
• Track account-related data on a CRM
• Provide insights and feedback to the sales & marketing teams

Qualifications
Requirements include:
• 1+ years of experience in sales or account management (tech sales is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Evidence that you are a top performer with a past employer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 10% of your peers)
• Outstanding time management skills
• Ability to work from hom e
• Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours
• Goal oriented, high-energy, team player
• Passion for developing a career in technology and B2B sales
• Experience using CRMs preferred
• Minimal travel (up to 2-4 trips per year)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Native-level English
